The committee includes individuals with experience in research and evaluation, as well as those with expertise in measuring the impact of mentorship and wellbeing programmes on healthcare professionals.

The committee’s primary responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing a research plan to evaluate the effectiveness of National Healthcare Mentor programmes.
2. Collect and analyse data on the outcomes of the programme, including participant satisfaction, improvements in wellbeing and work-life balance, and changes in professional skills and competencies.
3. Identify opportunities for program improvement based on research findings.
4. Disseminate research findings to programme stakeholders, including programme participants, funders, and the broader medical community.
