The executive team is responsible for developing the strategic plan that outlines the Doctor Mentor’s goals, objectives, and priorities. This plan is be based on Doctor Mentor’s mission and vision, as well as an assessment of the needs of the doctors and healthcare providers that the we serve.
The executive team is responsible for managing the Doctor Mentor’s budget and finances, ensuring that the organisation operates within its financial means and that resources are allocated appropriately. This includes developing annual budgets, monitoring financial performance, and identifying opportunities for fundraising and revenue generation.
The executive team is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Doctor Mentor’s programmes and services. This includes identifying programme goals and objectives, designing program activities and curricula, and evaluating program effectiveness.
The executive team is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Doctor Mentor, including overseeing administrative functions such as human resources, IT, and facilities management. This includes developing policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
